Hello everyone,

I have a Sony CCD-TRV108E HandyCam which has the following fault: although both LCD screen and viewfinder are displaying icons, etc., there is no other image when in record mode. It is as though the lens cap is on - the screen is just black apart from the icons and symbols.

Does anyone know what the trouble may be? Faulty CCD sensor?
