Je ne parviens pas à piloter mon système audio personnel avec SongPal.

This may occur if the connection between the personal audio system and the SongPal application failed. To resolve the issue, reconnect the personal audio system with the SongPal application in your mobile device by following the steps below:

For Android mobile devices:

  1. Tap the SongPal application icon SongPal_app_icon on your mobile device.
  2. Flick right or left on any SongPal screen to display the menu.

     SongPal_Android

  3. Tap Device Select.
  4. Select Disconnect.
  5. Turn off the network and the BT STBY feature of the personal audio system.
  6. Turn on the personal audio system and reconnect to the mobile device using Bluetooth.
  7. Relaunch SongPal.

For iOS mobile devices:

  1. Press the Home button on your iOS mobile devices to close the SongPal application.
  2. Disconnect Bluetooth connection from setup of your iOS mobile device.

  3. Turn off the network and the BT STBY feature of the personal audio system.
  4. Turn on the personal audio system and reconnect to the mobile device using Bluetooth.
  5. Relaunch SongPal.
