Avis de programme de remplacement pour certaines cartes mémoire SD des séries SF-M, SF-M TOUGH et SF-G TOUGH

    Thank you for your interest in Sony products.

    We have identified an issue with certain SF-M, SF-M TOUGH and SF-G TOUGH series SD memory cards.

    Data problem in VSC mode

    When using a camera* compatible with VSC (Video Speed ​​Class) mode, the data recorded on the card may be damaged or may not be recorded optimally.

    * Cameras compatible with V60/V90 video speed VSC mode.

    To resolve this issue, we are implementing a free replacement program for SD memory cards affected by this issue.

    Applicable models

    You can identify your card by the model number on the front of the card, as indicated by the red circle.
     

    SF-M series

    Remark ! Affected cards are identifiable only by the inscriptions "V60", "R:277MB/s" and "W:150MB/s" on the front of the card.

    How to check if your card is affected

    SF-M series

    1. Check if the card you have is affected. The SF-M series cards are identifiable by the inscriptions V60, R:277MB/s and W:150MB/s printed on the front.
    2. Inspect the back of your card and see if a star or asterisk (*) is located in the lower left corner.
      1. If YES , your card is not affected by this problem.
      2. If NO , your card is affected by this problem.

    SF-M TOUGH Series

    1. Inspect the back of your card and see if a star or asterisk (*) is located in the lower left corner.
      1. If YES , your card is not affected by this problem.
      2. If NO , your card is affected by this problem.

    SF-G TOUGH Series

    There are two ways to check if your card is affected by this issue.

    1. Inspect the back of your card and see if a star or asterisk (*) is located in the lower left corner.

    at. If YES , your card is not affected by this problem.
    b. If NO , see the next step .

    2. Inspect the back of your card and check if the alphanumeric code begins with TV or TR.

    at. If the alphanumeric code begins with TR , your card is not affected by this issue.
    b. If the alphanumeric code begins with TV , your card is affected by this issue.

    We will replace affected SD memory cards free of charge from June 18, 2020 to March 31, 2024.

    You can request an SD card exchange via this form .

    IMPORTANT: We cannot transfer the contents of your affected SD memory card to the replacement card. Please create a backup of your content on a computer or other storage device before sending your card in for replacement.
